Ordering & Payments

Order ConfirmationYour order is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from us via WhatsApp/email. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Payment MethodsWe accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan and online payments via secure gateways ( Jazzcash , Easypaisa and Bank Transfer ) . For international orders, payment must be completed in advance.

Order Changes & CancellationsRefer to our separate Refund & Return Policy for detailed charges on cancellations after 12 hours, 24 hours, etc. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.
Delivery Terms

Delivery Areas & TimesWe deliver across Pakistan and worldwide. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Please provide the complete and correct address with a landmark.

Recipient AvailabilityIt is your responsibility to ensure the recipient is available. For Midnight Surprises or Special Deliveries, we are not liable if the recipient refuses or is unavailable. You must coordinate pickup directly with the rider in such cases.

Special Delivery ChargesFree delivery applies only to products with an explicit offer. Midnight deliveries, scheduled surprises, and international shipping involve extra charges communicated before dispatch.
Products & Customization

Handmade Nature & VariationsOur gifts are 100% handmade. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish from website photos are a natural part of the craftsmanship and do not qualify as defects.

Color/Item SubstitutionIf a specific material or color is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar or superior alternative after informing you via WhatsApp. This is not grounds for cancellation.

Perishable/Ready Items (Cakes, etc.)Ready items must be collected within 3 days, and other made-to-order products within 7 days of notification. After this period, items will be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
Your Responsibilities

Video Proof for ClaimsFor any claim of damage or wrong item, an unboxing video showing the parcel seals and the issue is mandatory. Claims without video proof cannot be processed.

Providing Correct InformationYou must provide an active phone number and ensure you are available for Recieve Message and delivery updates. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Resellers & Bulk BuyersFor bulk orders, quality is verified at the point of collection (MOQ). After you take possession, we are not responsible for subsequent handling, damage, or resale.
Fake Deliveries: We provide a tracking number for every genuine order. Any delivery attempt without our tracking number is NOT from us. Verify by calling 03124685123 / 03327400740.
Extra Payment Demands: Our riders will NEVER ask for extra cash. If this happens, refuse payment and call us immediately.
Unauthorized Sellers: We are only responsible for orders placed through our official website www.fansygifts.com or instagram ( fansygifts ) Buying from other pages/individuals is at your own risk.
