Order Cancellation & Refund Charges

  • Cancel within 12 hours of order confirmation
    Full 100% refund. No cancellation charges apply.
  • Cancel after 12 hours, but within 24 hours
    A 10% processing/cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Cancel after 24 hours have passed
    A 30% processing/cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

⚠️ If the Product is Damaged or Wrong

  • 🎥 Video Proof is Mandatory
    For any claim (damage, wrong item), you must make an unboxing video showing the parcel seals and the product issue. Claims without video proof cannot be processed.
  • 🔧 Damaged During Delivery
    We will repair or replace the damaged piece free of cost. We are not responsible for damage caused personally after delivery.
  • 📦 Product is Different from Your Order
    If the delivered item completely differs from what you ordered, do not accept it. Refuse the parcel with the rider and call us immediately. You will pay nothing.
  • 🎨 Minor Color Changes
    If a specific color is unavailable, we will inform you via WhatsApp and send the closest available alternative. This is not grounds for return.

🚚 Delivery & Receiving Instructions

  • 📲 Packing Video & Final Check
    We send you a detailed packing video before dispatch. Please check it carefully. Changes based on personal preference are not allowed after this point.
  • 📮 Cash on Delivery (COD) Parcels
    You are allowed to open and verify all COD parcels in front of the rider before payment.
  • 🔢 Tracking Number Provided
    We provide a tracking number for every parcel we dispatch. If you receive a delivery attempt without our tracking number, it is not from us. Call us to verify.
  • 💵 Rider Asks for Extra Payment
    This should never happen. If a rider demands extra cash, do not pay. Call us immediately at the numbers above.

Special Order Terms

  • 🌙 Midnight & Personal Surprise Deliveries
    These involve extra charges (delivery is not free). If the recipient refuses or is unavailable, you are responsible for negotiating pickup with the rider from their location. No refunds will be issued for these costs.
  • 🏪 Resellers & Bulk Buyers
    For bulk orders, we check the product at the meeting point (MOQ). After this handover, we are not responsible for subsequent issues.
  • 🍰 Perishable/Ready Items (e.g., Cakes)
    If not collected within 3 days of being ready, we will dispose of the item. For other ready-made items, the collection deadline is 7 days.
🛒 Only Buy from Official Channels

We are only responsible for products sold on our official website and social media pages. If you see our products listed elsewhere, please verify with us at 0312-4685123 / 0334-7400740 before purchasing to avoid scams.
